The best and fastest way to find answers is to post to one of our discussion forums, which are inhabited by experts with a wide range of knowledge. You'll probably learn a lot more this way than you would if you merely send your question to the humble editors.
We offer both Web-based discussion groups and email discussion lists. The advantages to the Web-based groups are that you can browse earlier posts, and you don't have to receive email. The advantage to an email-based discussion list is that you don't have to return to a Web page to see if anyone answers your questions - posts will come to you automatically by email as long as you choose to remain on the list.
Questions About Computer Audio
Post to the Web Audio Discussion Group, or the Web Audio Email List. If you can't find your answers there, send email to cmorris@tapeless.com.
Questions or Comments About The Web Developer's Journal
To compliment or castigate us, report a site bug, submit articles or queries, or share any comments you may have about The Web Developer's Journal and The Tapeless Studio, send email to Webmaster@WebDevelopersJournal.com. This address goes to the whole staff.
You can send questions about Web development and so forth to this address, but we recommend that you try one of the discussion groups first. Not because we mind answering your mail, but because we believe you'll get better answers this way. Our knowledge of Web development, while vast, is no match for the community of wisdom found in our discussion groups.
