Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any of the following items for a full refund:

• any book in its original condition, or any book we recommended (but you didn't enjoy) in any condition
• any unopened music CD, DVD, vinyl record, cassette tape, VHS tape, video game, or software
• toys, electronics, tools, home-improvement items, and any other merchandise in new condition, with its original packaging and accessories

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Amazon.com.

Returning Electronics, Tools, Home Improvment Items and Video Game Consoles
If you are returning electronics, tools, home improvement items, or video game consoles, please proceed to our returns request form. To return any other type of item, read below.

Returning All Other Items
Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:

Returning Gifts
We are happy to accept returns of gifts within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a gift certificate refund to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped. At this time, we can only issue a refund, and cannot make an exchange.

Be sure to include either your packing slip or the e-mail address and name of the person who gave you the gift. (Don't worry--we won't let them know about your return.)

Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
