Ouch, that gdImageColorResolv function is not specific to the TTF code and
should therefore not be in the gdttf.c file. Especially since it is called
from gd.c and for people who don't have the TTF lib, PHP would not link
the way it was.

Integrated the FreeType support with the GD extension.
Fixed a few show-stopper bugs in the gd/ttf code.
This form allows you to request diff's between any two
revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision
name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric
name using the type-in text box.
You may select to see revision information from only
a single branch.
