Attempt to fix weird CVS timestamp problem

added pageinfo (getmyuid, getmyinode, getmypid, getlastmod) functions
added file for SAFE_MODE helper functions (with _php3_checkuid)
added link handling commands (including unlink, which is probably the wrong place to put it)
fixed warning in functions/exec.c because of return in SAFE_MODE handler with no value
This form allows you to request diff's between any two
revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision
name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric
name using the type-in text box.
You may select to see revision information from only
a single branch.
