- Expand
- Expand is a macro processor based on Tcl, used for
formatting text documents (and HTML documents in particular).
Expand reads its input files, writing input to output, and
expanding macros. Macros are nothing more than Tcl
commands enclosed in square brackets; they are evaluated,
and the result is written to the output. In addition to
the standard Tcl commands and a handful of Expand-specific
commands, the user may define one or more "rules files"
containing additional commands specific to their application.

- FastCGI Interface (Fcgi.tcl)
- Fcgi.tcl is a Tcl interface for the FastCGI protocol. FastCGI is a web server-neutral API for server side
programming. You can think of FastCGI as persistent CGI; FastCGI programs start up once and serve CGI
requests without having to restart for each new request. Edit

- mod_dtcl Apache plugin
- mod_dtcl is a free/open source implementation of server parsed Tcl, under Apache, distributed under the terms of the GNU GPL. It allows you to
tightly integrate html with Tcl. This is an ideal combination,
allowing you to greatly extend what you could do with plain html. There are many external Tcl modules that you can load into mod_dtcl, to create images, access databases, send mail, etc..
This is patterned after PHP, with close HTML integration. Mod_dtcl can load any tcl module, without problems, enabling the use of the large variety of tcl software available, with your web application. Edit
