| The images in my galleries are protected by international copyright law. By visiting my public gallery you are granted a personal liscense to download and use the images as wallpaper on your personal computer and to share a few of them with your friends and family through email.
No image in any of my galleries, hi-res or thumbnail, may be used in any way other than as personal wallpaper. You may print them out for personal use but not for distribution (commercial or non-profit). You may not post them on public or private websites, whether they be not-for-profit or commercial. You may not distribute them on CD-ROM or other archival media like DVD-ROM, ZIP, floppy, or in compressed archives like zip, gz, or tar files. You may not alter them or use elements from them in your own work (unless that work is purely personal and will never be transferred to a computer other than the one on which it was created).
If you need to use my artwork for print or mass distribution, please send me an email with your requirements and your timeline. I will require a copy (maybe 2) of whatever it is you're distributing if we come to an agreement. The mailing address is here. Give me a couple of weeks to respond though, because I get a lot of such requests. Consider all image use requests denied until I personally notify you to the contrary.
EXCEPTIONS:
Students: you may use my graphics on your personal website but only if it is on a .edu or other educational domain (like "k12.*" or something recognizable as being a school web server). I do ask that you post a meaningful link to my site somewhere near the graphics you are using and that you send me your URL so I can check things out.
The last exemption is for Digital Blasphemy Members. If you would like to use my work on your personal web page, please sign up for my members gallery. Once inside you can register your site with me so I know who you are and where my works are posted.
If you are interested in using my work on your commercial webpage you must purchase a commercial account.. Lots of sites start out as personal pages but later go commercial either by design or by circumstance. I suggest you purchase a commercial membership if your page is a personal one now but you are planning "expansion".
Only images from the free gallery may be used on any website. The subscriber images are just that; for subscribers only.
When posting my work remember the following:
Images may be resized but I ask that you do not crop or otherwise modify them. I do not do "clipart" and my images are not "stock photography" for you to alter or "improve". Each is a distinctive work of art that has been seen by thousands (maybe millions) of people around the world. Chances are good that visitors to your site will be familiar with my work and will contact me if they see that my work has been incorperated into another design.
Under no condition will I allow any of my hi-res images to be posted without the URL watermark in the lower right corner. This rule is written in stone.
If you see such an image on any website I kindly ask that you drop me a line and let me know for you can be sure that it's there without my knowledge.
There can be no exceptions to the above stated rules. REMEMBER: An unanswered email does not mean that you have my permission..
