Be Adrian's Sideline Producer by submitting your ideas for this week's PrimeTime game!
During this season's prime time college football broadcasts, we've been giving you a chance to really get in on the game. Our intrepid sideline reporter Adrian Karsten, in addition to tracking down all the latest news and stories on the game, is there to track down exactly what you want to cover during ESPN's Saturday Night PrimeTime game.
Here's how it works. All week long and during the game, you can log onto this page and send in your suggestions for what you want Adrian to cover during the telecast. We may select some of them to include as a pre-produced piece, so get them in early! Or log on during the game, and react along with Adrian to the developments on the field of play.
As always, just about anything is fair game! It can be an item about the game, the players, the stadium, the fans, or maybe there's something about the coverage that you'd like more information on. Adrian will be there to find out.
For a second consecutive week, the goal posts have come crashing down during our Saturday PrimeTime telecast. Of the many great suggestions for the Tennessee/Georgia game, we thank Aaron McCreary of Athens, GA for suggesting Adrian check out the scene from Sanford Bridge in the West endzone. And Ralph Shields of Atlanta, we liked your personal tale about the ringing of the Chapel Bell, so we sent Adrian there to ring it himself, (see video link on right side of this web page).
As for the many people who suggested reports about the Hedges (or what's left of them now), Adrian took the request of Evan Williams of Atlanta and Marty Maloney of Iowa City quite literally when he donned the garden gloves and pruning sheers in the 4th quarter, and gave the historic Hedges a little trim. Of course, no trip to Athens would be complete without some attention paid to UGA VI, but we just didn't have time to tour his air conditioned dog house, or to arrange for he and Smokey to battle it out for a slab of meat.
To send in suggestions for our upcoming games, just use the form below. Let's hear from you before and during the game. Then tune into ESPN on Saturday Night PrimeTime College Football for all the action.
