The defense is shoddy, but who will outscore them?

Surprise of the week:
The Eagles rallied for a 13-10 stunner over the Cowboys. It wasn't so much that the Eagles won, but that they scored at all. Philly had 81 yards on its first nine possessions, but the Eagles had 143 yards and 13 points down the stretch.
Coaching move of the week:
Chicago coach Dick Jauron had a terrific game plan at Minnesota. The Bears controlled the football on the ground early, then beat the Vikings with the passing game and an opportunistic defense
Rising this week:
The Bills (4-1). Buffalo is a Super Bowl sleeper because Doug Flutie is resourceful and the defense is very good. The Bills have won four straight since a season-opening loss at Indianapolis.
Falling this week:
The Vikings (2-3). Minnesota already has suffered two home losses, and a team that didn't score less than 24 points in any game last year has yet to reach that total in 1999.
Store it away:
Home-field advantage has meant little to date, but that figures to change come November and December.
