We recommend that you take a few moments to read about The Hosting
Control Panel in the next chapter to familiarize yourself with
our easy, web-based method of configuring your site. Then read the Your
Web Site chapter to learn how to design and construct
your Web pages.
The next step you may want to take is to actually visit the
Control Panel
and create mailing addresses on your site for yourself,
your friends and your employees. The Your E-mail Post Officechapter
details the most commonly used e-mail addresses, including the webmaster
and default account. Set these up first. You may also wish to
create a small e-mail mailing list to help facilitate the web design
process by enabling easy communication with your Web design team.
Once you have your e-mail set up, dive right in and create
your first Web page, index.html in your /www directory.
