Navigator/Communicator Bug Report Form

	If you would like to report a bug in a Netscape server product, please use the Server Bug Report Form.
	If you would like to report a bug in a Netscape tools product (Visual JavaScript, Component Builder, or SuiteTools), please use the Tools Bug Report Form.
	If you have found a bug in a beta "preview release" version of Netscape Navigator or Netscape Communicator, please visit Beta Central to find out if it's a known issue before you log it here.
	To report problems with the beta version of Netscape Navigator for OS/2, please go to IBM's Customer Service and Support for Netscape Navigator for OS/2 page.
	To send us information about potential security breaches that affect Netscape products, please use the Security Bug Report Form.

You can use this form to report any bugs that you've found in a released version of Netscape Navigator or Netscape Communicator. We read all of the bug reports we receive, but we will only contact you if we need more details about your bug. We appreciate your feedback!

This is not a way to contact Technical Support. If you need help solving a problem you're having with your Netscape software, please visit the Netscape Tech Support web site at help.netscape.com instead.

IMPORTANT - If you are running Communicator 4.7 on Windows and are experiencing crashes while loading Communicator, there are some some special notes which may apply to you. Check here for more information..

Before you submit a bug report, you should do a few things:

Make sure you're running the latest version of the software, by visiting the Automatic Software Upgrade page.
Read the Release Notes for your version of the software (select "Release Notes" from the Help menu) to see if the problem you're seeing has been documented there.
Visit the Netscape Tech Support web site to see if the problem you're seeing has already been reported and written up by our support staff.
