Creating an entrance page for your ICQ Chat Room allows people to get information about your ICQ Public Chat Room and join your chat room directly from your web-page.
Having a link to your chat room's entrance page from your homepage or your ICQ Users' List page, if you have any, allows more people
to access your chat room.
In order to create an entrance page you need a web space and a program to edit the HTML page.
Depending on your preference you may select among variety of authoring tools,
ranging from simple text editors, going to more sophisticated web authoring programs.
