Rental. You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, T.Stroeter EDV Beratung und Multimediaproduktion Duesseldorf may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.
LIMITED WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY. THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS.
