TickTock TickTock screen shot TickTock is a Java application that permits synchronizing the user's computer clock with one of the master clock time servers at the U.S. Naval Observatory (USNO.) By using USNO's special Port 13 Daytime time service, TickTock can achieve accuracy to one second. How To Use: Download ticktock.zip (68KB) and unzip within your HTML directory.
