Verifying Numbers

Oftentimes, you would like your users to enter data in a particular
format. I've already showed you how to verify that a user enters a valid email
address. Today, I'm going to talk about how to verify some common
numbers, including:
- Credit Card Numbers and ZIP Codes
- Social Security Numbers
- US Telephone Numbers
Before proceeding with this article, you may find it helpful to review the
basics of parsing strings, in addition to some basics
of validating forms.
