Java and Network Computing are hot. More importantly, they are real. This site is the home of the Austin Java Users Group known as The Austin JUG, serving central Texas and the world. Stay tuned, return your calling event thread quickly, unregister as a listener, and
bookmark now to stay informed of important Java meetings in the area. The mission of the Austin JUG is to inform, educate and share Java and Network Computing technologies and solutions. We are more concerned with the
benefits of Java rather than the deficiencies of competing language or solutions. The Austin JUG has over 250 members. Membership is free, but we take donations as the door. Seating can be limited and is available FCFS.
All JUG members and presenters are expected to adhere to the IEEE code of ethics. On meeting days, you will sign a check in sheet. We occasionally participate in joint meetings and social gatherings with other groups. Do you
