Here's the latest version of my Stallion patch, it's against 2.1.43 but should apply just as well against all the 2.1.x versions.

This one makes the MOD_USE_COUNT the count of the number of lines in use (previously it was the number of programs using Stallion lines which may be greater than the number of lines). It also includes some basic error checking and handling for inserting a module. Previously "insmod stallion.o" would result in a guaranteed "Oops" if you tried to remove or use the module...
