Executive Summary

Linux Capital Group is a business incubator and venture capital company specializing in the GNU/Linux operating system. Our mission is to find talented people with good ideas, and get them started in business. We provide them with funds, facilities, mentoring, and assistance in all of the areas of business. We take care of the mundane details of running a business so that they can concentrate on turning their technical dreams into reality. We are different from other finance companies in the Linux market because we can offer more Linux expertise than any other firm, as well as the extensive financial backround of our officers.

Many of the investment companies venturing into Linux don't know much about it, and are simply following a trend. This shows when they make naive investments in products that aren't needed in the Linux market, and will bleed investor's funds unnecessarily. In contrast, Linux Capital Group's officers have been involved with Linux since 1993, and with Unix since 1981! The combination of our high stature in the Linux community and our experienced finance team make us uniquely qualified to develop successful companies in the Linux market. Read about our Officers.

Of course, investing is a risky business, so don't consider this a sure thing. This is not an offering, which can be made only through our prospectus. Linux Capital Group has not yet filed for its initial public offering.
