Spam 
Everyone else talks about hating spam - we did something about it.

We will absolutely not tolerate spam to, or from, our system. We have high-level systems in place to detect the launch of multiple emails. If you are caught spamming from our system, you are out.

We don't believe it is possible, but if you do get spammed on MsgTo.com, DO NOT REPLY! Please help with the fight and let us know immediately by forwarding the email to abuse@MsgTo.com. We will track it down and shut it down.

Privacy 
How can you take advantage of all the Net has to offer if you are worried about your privacy and getting spam? You can't.

We believe that spam and other violations of privacy are far worse than a minor annoyance. They keep the Internet from being as open as it could be. People are reluctant to use their real email addresses in chat rooms, newsgroups, mailing lists, opt-in lists and the like because they are afraid of being spammed, and of having their privacy violated.

Protecting your privacy is not just policy, it's our philosophy. Unless required under special circumstances (such as when we may be legally required to) we will not give out your email address or any personal information about you. If you choose to let us know your preferences for getting good offers on things, we will not give out your name, email address, or preferences. We simply act as the "trust agent", passing along the email to you. No one else knows who you are or what you like, unless you reveal it. It is that simple.
