Erik Kramer may have thrown two touchdown passes on Sunday, but the starting quarterback duties in San Diego still belong to Jim Harbaugh, coach Mike Riley said on Monday. "I need to consider all things," Riley said, "but right now that's where I'm at." Harbaugh was forced to leave the Chargers' Week 4 win over the Kansas City Chiefs in the first quarter with a sore elbow and two slightly cracked ribs. Still, he expects to play this Sunday, when San Diego travels to Detroit to face the Lions.
