to apply an open Internet development model to our site. What this means is that we need your help
and expertise to build the kind of site you would use as a reference. No one knows more
about PHP than the thousands of contributors and developers who use it daily.

Central to php.codebase.org's mission is to offer the best of
PHP code samples and examples. Our repository is not just a static code
dumping ground; every code sample gets its own berth in our CVS repository.
Example authors can update and, if necessary, branch their examples to
keep them up to date and bug-free. Authors and visitors can also post
sample-specific comments. Check out our examples
