To return downloadable software, Send an email to sales@pkware.com. Please include your Order Number and a breif description of the reason for the return in the email. We will send you a confirmation of credit to the email address provided on your order. Returns are subject to a 15% return processing fee.

Please note: Promptly return the disk package and the accompanying items (including written materials and binders or other containers) within thirty (30) days to PKWARE for a refund, less the shipping and handling charges. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same item.  Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. (10% for PKWARE Data Compression Library Products). If you obtained the software through a reseller, dealer, or distributor, consult them for their return policy. 

 
1. All returned product(s) must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We do not accept returns without an RMA. To obtain an RMA, send email to sales@pkware.com or call us at 1-414-354-8699.
2. Once you have an RMA, ship the product back to us. You'll need to cover the cost of shipping, unless given alternative instruction from our Customer Service Department

Please use a shipping company that can track packages.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise
3. Once your return has been received and processed, we will credit your account or ship you a new copy of your software.
