How To Answer
After registering as an expert, you can answer questions posted by the experts. To view a list of questions posted, select the Browse
option on the side menu. This brings up a form which gets questions selected on a criteria (for example, a particular forum or subject).
A sample (shortened) output of the browse is as follows: 
After this you can view a question by clicking on the link on the forum name for that question. This brings up the PreAnswer screen (which is basically just a listing of the question text). 
On selecting the Answer button, you, the expert, get to answer the question. Note that if the question is priced greater than zero then you have to be certified for the forum in which the question is posted. The answer is locked under your name for fifteen minutes, a feature used to handle concurrency while answering questions. If while answering the question, you happen to take more than fifteen minutes, then, you must save the answer and then update it, by following the link (which would then appear) in your home page. 
After the question has been answered it appears a link on the expert home page, following which you can update the answer.
