About Spectrum Software Spectrum Software was founded on March 20, 1998 by Bodine Blodgett. When the company was just starting out, only screen savers were going to be created for sale. Soon after, the choice was made to create all types of software for sale on the Internet. Over the past year and a half we have seen a steady increase in visitors to this website and also an increase in sales. In the future we will have more software such as 3D graphics, modeling software and more useful and creative applications.
