Frames work best at 1024X768, and will also work at 800X600
and 1280X1024.
If you have something like 640X480, or a browser which is older than you,
you should choose 'No Frames', or get a graphics card and a Decent
Browser.
Just note that you will not see any cute interface graphics in the frameless
version.
