The 3D People Finder is a Java applet specifically
designed as a demonstration vehicle to showcase the
Intel Pentium® II Processor. Performance on older
processors will be significantly slower. As this is a
relatively large Java applet, note that you may encounter
problems with the People Finder if you're using an
older web browser with incomplete support of Java. At 200KB
in size it will also take considerable time to download if
you're downloading it via modem.
The demonstration offers a new and interesting way to search for people. Customizable scale and search functions let you choose for yourself the best way to use the People Finder. System Requirements: Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0 Browser Requirements: Netscape Navigator/Communicator 2.X or higher or Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.X or higher.
After you try it out, write us to tell us what you think.
