Upon registration, every ICQ user is provided with an ICQ Personal Communication Center featuring his contact details, interests, personal IrCQ-net chat room and the various ways in which s/he may be contacted.

If you don't know the ICQ# of the user you want to page, search it.

The ICQ Personal Communication Center enables ICQ users, as well as non-ICQ users to easily contact the owner of an ICQ Personal Communication Center through any browser from anywhere around the world!

Every ICQ user has four contact options. These and more appear in the ICQ Personal Communication Center. Send a message, request a chat or send an email directly from the owner's ICQ Personal Communication Center to his/her screen with a click of a button:

Personal ICQ Web-Pager
With the ICQ Web-Pager you can send and receive messages and contact users directly from their ICQ Personal Communication Center to their computer screen.

EmailExpress
Even if you don't have ICQ, you can contact an ICQ user by email using their ICQ EmailExpress address. EmailExpress users from their ICQ Communication Center directly to their screen.

Your EmailExpress address is YOUR_ICQ#@pager.icq.com.
For example: 2444092@pager.icq.com

Personal IrCQ Chat Room
You can invite the owner of the ICQ Personal Communication Center to chat with you by IRC directly from his/her ICQ Personal Communication Center.

The details listed on your ICQ Personal Communication Center can be modified from the ICQ client installed on your computer. To modify, add or remove details from your ICQ Personal Communication Center do the following:

Click the ICQ button at the bottom of the ICQ Menu.
Select Add/Change Current User in the popup menu.
Choose View / Change my details
Modify the relevant details in the dialog which appears.

Your details will automatically be updated on your ICQ Personal Communication Center.

If you have your own Web site, enable your site visitors to communicate with you directly:

Install the ICQ Personal Communication Center on your page.
Communicate with your site visitors using the ICQ Communication Panels.
Promote and publicize your Web site: Submit your name and ICQ# to the most popular search engines.
