Rams QB Kurt Warner
celebrates after winning
Super Bowl XXXIV.

The best of MNF
The Monday Night Football season had blowouts, great finishes, John Elway's retirement speech at Mile High to open the year and Mike Jones' tackle on Kevin Dyson as time expired in Super Bowl XXXIV. ABC Sports Online takes a look back at the 1999 MNF season. Many of the players who starred in the MNF spotlight are members of ABC Sports Online's first annual All-NFL team.

    Pro Bowl: Hawaii Five-One
Three Mike Alstott TD runs and Randy Moss' record receiving day led the NFC to a 51-31 win over the AFC in the Pro Bowl at Aloha Stadium. Moss, who set Pro Bowl records with nine catches for 212 yards, was named the game's MVP. AFC QB Peyton Manning threw three TD passes in the highest-scoring Pro Bowl ever. ABC's Boomer Esiason believes young stars like Moss and Manning represent a dramatic changing of the guard in the NFL.

    Super Bowl XXXIV coverage:
The Rams' Cinderella season is complete. With his Rams blowing a 16-0 lead in the second half, QB Kurt Warner responded by throwing a 73-yard TD pass to Isaac Bruce to give St. Louis a 23-16 win over Tennesee in Super Bowl XXXIV. St. Louis coach Dick Vermeil announced his retirement two days later. St. Louis went from worst to first in one season. Tennessee wonders what could have been.
