| Blue Mountain Merges with Excite@Home Network |

We have been so thrilled and amazed to watch bluemountain become
more and more popular. It has grown so much beyond our expectations
that in order to keep financing it, we had to evolve from a private
company. As Blue Mountain started down the the public road, we found
ourselves in a fickle world where we did not feel at all comfortable.
It was at this time that Excite@Home contacted Blue Mountain, and we
realized that this company would further our mission of helping people
around the world communicate. Our artists and creative staff will
retain editorial control of the site and new features that Excite@Home
introduces will enhance our greeting cards. In addition, merging with
Excite@Home will be the best plan for all the Blue Mountain artists,
programmers and other employees who have stock options as
it will bring them the rewards they deserve for their hard work and
dedication. On a personal level, after the merger closes in December,
we will be able to get back to creative pursuits, and with the
proceeds we receive, we plan to support world health, hunger relief, and peace.

Our mission at Blue Mountain Arts is to help the world
communicate. We have taken a big step toward our goal by merging with the
Excite@Home network. Dr. Schutz and the Blue Mountain family of artists, musicians,
designers, and programmers will continue to make beautiful, creative, and FREE cards,
while our friends from Excite@Home will help bring new features to Blue Mountain such
