$1650 if full payment is received by October 30th.
(Early registration also gives you the option to stay
at the seminar hotel at a discounted price)
 
$1750 for registrations received after October 30th.

Confirmation All registrations will be acknowledged by email. If you haven't received a confirmation after 4 days, please email wayne@eckelsystems.com to verify that you've been placed on the list. Seminar packets may be picked up on-site.
Cancellations, Substitutions and Refunds: If you must cancel for any reason, you must notify MindView Inc. immediately by sending an email to wayne@eckelsystems.com to receive a refund. A cancellation fee of 40% of the full seminar price will apply for cancellations received less than 7 days before the seminar. You may transfer your registration to another person at any time, if requested via email or in writing. Purchase orders accepted, but payment in full is required by seminar date (Government purchase order qualifies as payment).

LIMITED LIABILITY. MindView, Inc., is providing information at this Workshop that includes some materials from other sources than MindView, Inc., which information is believed to be reliable. The undersigned acknowledges that: (a) MindView, Inc. shall not be responsible for any erroneous information made available by others that is not known to be erroneous by MindView, Inc. at the time provided at the Workshop; and (b) should any information be provided at the Workshop whether originated with MindView, Inc., or with others, the only liability MindView, Inc. shall have is to refund the Workshop fee paid by the undersigned to MindView, Inc. and MindView, Inc. shall not be liable for any other loss, cost, expense, or damage. MindView Inc. assumes no liability for the acts of suppliers nor for the safety of any seminar participant while in transit to or from this event.
