Eight Minute Experience - Knight @ 12:20 am PST
We all heard about the Diablo II eight minutes movie that Blizzard has released a week ago. Although the movie was only released in Los Angelos so a few people were lucky enough to see the movie, many people have written an article explaining the clip but none of them were that good until today on Salon.Com, they have written an indepth review of the movie explaning everything and the experience they lived through the eight minutes, as they said:

For eight minutes, we are in another world. A dying man lies on the ground of his cell in a medieval insane asylum, as dust motes float in a Brownian dance across a shaft of sunlight. As he tells the story of meeting a stranger at a crossroads inn, we see the tale unfold before us. A hooded figure staggers into the inn, drawing the attention of the hardened warriors who sit and drink around the fire. The stranger is in pain, barely able to contain the demons that reside within him. We watch as the demons are temporarily unleashed, easily killing all but the narrator, who hides in the corner and watches. The inn is set ablaze, and the stranger walks out, the narrator following him on his journey. Roll credits.
They also go on with how games and movies are related and how good the eight minutes clip was that it may win an Oscar. I highly recommend this review to everyone who hasn't seen the movie, even if you were one of the lucky ones who seen it, you may want to read this review, it's awesome. Click here to read more.

Blizzard Games Network... - Rorschach @ 9:10 pm PST
At long last Blizzard Games Network will be opening its doors to the gaming community on Tuesday. Once part of Blizzard Nation, a vast network of Blizzard related sites, seperated from them a few months ago, taking with them almost the entire network of Blizzard sites and guilds. This Blizzard information site is the most anticipated and will surely be the most comprehensive general Blizzard site on the net. Be sure to check in on Tuesday and see what the folks at Blizzard Games Network have in store for us.

A little late but better now than never. - Tazzz @ 11:20 am PST
Our analysis of this weeks screenshot of the week is up, and it probably has been for some while. Renegade (The guy who makes the analysis) unfortunatly forgot to post a link to it here on the main page, so you havent been able to see it before now. So even though you may have read some other from other sites, I still think ours is worth the read.

Something to pass the time - Renegade @ 8:50 pm PST
Recently, I have been working on a game called "Diablo 2 Action" which, as the name implies, is a more action-oriented game based on Diablo 2. I made it using "The Games Factory," for anyone who is familiar with that.

Although I cannot put it up for standalone download yet, you can play it online with a plugin (called vitalize). It is a preliminary version, with only one enemy and only the paladin playable, but I thought you guys might enjoy checking out the beta.

Feel free to advertise the game, or give anyone the URL (http://www.d2inferno.com/d2action/diablo2.ccn), but if you are going to actually take it off our servers to put elsewhere, please give me notice so I can give you credit for distributin, and maybe link to the page.

It runs best in 320x200, but it can be stretched out to fullscreen, etc and work fine. Click here to play! It will open in a new window that is 320x200.
