... may I suggest you visit the PHP website. The main site is at http://www.php.net, but there are mirror sites around the world, so pick the closest one to you.

There is a fairly comprehensive FAQ, and online version of the manual, and many other resources (especially if you are having installation troubles).

You can also join the PHP mailing list or check out the support channel on IRC. Details of both can be found in the "Support" section of the PHP website.
