Hello there!

I was wondering?

Can you set a default value in a stylesheet?

example:
-css-
title {
value: "Hello World";
}

-html-
<title>Hello World!</title>

That was my question! Please let me know if you need more info...

I'd suggest using an SSI or PHP include.
