Hey all out there..!

I've got a f1 startpage. And now I'm working on a link checker to eliminate dead links...but I can't figure out how to do that....i've tried some scripts...but they didn't work at all...is there someone who can help me..?!..

This is what I do...

$location = "http://www.comics.com";
if (!$oFile = @fopen($location,"r")) {
echo "<br>Unable to open remote file at $location.\n<br>Server may be down, or www address wrong...<br>\n";
}else{
do some stuff....
}

I guess you could do other things, but this workes..
