You need a Windows system to use it, and a microphone if you want to talk. You can listen in without a mike, and you can still text-chat even without a mike. In the future we hope to use this feature to coordinate live game discussions, live games, and other events. Time's Up! is a packaged, streamlined version of the party game many of you may know as Celebrities.
