APS is a small SHELL-tool that prints detailed information about network packets,(IP,TCP,ICMP,UDP...) to the console. The uninterpreted rest can be printed as ascii, hex-dump, both or not at all. It can colorize different Packet-Types and has a little GUI to display packet-counters for each different packet-type.
