If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, Infantelligence.com will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. Infantelligence.com will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Infantelligence.com while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
- 6. We Can Store Your Credit Card Information On File. When you sign up with infantelligence.com, we can store your credit card information on file on our secure servers for you to use on future orders. If you choose this option, the next time you're ready to place an order, you will have the payment option to Use Your Credit Card Already on File. Our system will show you the name you chose for your card (for example, My Gold Visa), its last four digits, and expiration date to confirm it's the card you want to use again. (All other credit card information is masked, so even you won't see your card number again.) When you chose this payment option, your credit card information NEVER goes over the Internet, so it's an extremely safe transaction.
- 7. Your privacy is important. We don't want to share you with anyone or have you bothered or inconvenienced by anyone. In fact, we won't even e-mail you (except for purchase confirmations), unless we have your permission, first.

You can choose to pay by check and send us a personal check or money order in U.S. dollars for the amount of your order.
PLEASE NOTE that currently we are only able to accept postal money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) micro-encoded on the bottom of the check. Paying by check does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't order your items until your check is received, and we don't ship the items to you until your funds clear. If you are in the United States, paying by personal check typically delays your order by about seven to ten days.
Sales Tax. If you are a New Mexico resident, please add 7% tax.
Gift Wrap. Please add $3 per item.

U.S. Domestic: UPS Ground. 6 to 7 days.
For orders under $50 we charge $4.94 anywhere in the U.S. International orders are $7.94. For orders over $50, shipping is absolutely free.
Express Shipping
SAME DAY SHIPPING. Order before 1PM CST and your order will be shipped the same day.
U.S. Domestic Shipments. UPS Express next day delivery. Please add 10% to your order total or $10, whichever is greater.
International Shipments. Please note that International Parcel Post can be slow. For International Express service (4 to 7 days) please add 10% to your order total or $10, whichever is greater.
infantelligence.com cannot be held responsible for delays in customs or delivery in the receiving country.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. If you place your order express delivery before 1PM Central Standard Time (CST), you may expect your shipment the following day.
2. No Saturday delivery. Orders placed before 1PM CST on Fridays will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 1PM CST Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
We cannot deliver express orders to PO Boxes or FPO/APO addresses.
Back Orders. By having accurate availability for all the products on the infantelligence.com site, we minimize backorder problems. However, occasionally an item must be backordered. We notify you immediately if this occurs, and if you choose to wait for the item, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available.
