Follow these steps to use
ICQ in your own language with the LingoWare Alpha version:
1. Make sure you have ICQ installed.
If you do NOT have ICQ, skip to step 6 in order to download
and
install it.

4. Install LingoWare:
Browse your computer to the location you saved the installation
file and double click on the file. Next, follow the installation
wizard
instructions on your screen.
5. Learn how to get started with LingoWare.

If you do not have ICQ, download
and install ICQ now.
7.
Go back to the ICQ site.
