| Subject: @home network
I personally haven't had any problems setting up the @home network for linux. They don't officially support it, you're pretty much on your own. What is really important is having the sheet that tells you your static IP address, gateway address, netmask, and the nameservers. you should be able to change these through linuxconf, but I prefer to wipe my system and get the configuration correct, even if it takes a few times. The only other problem might be your NIC card, is it supported, and properly initialized in the kernel????
