Low End Mac Museum

My slowly growing collection of working Macs includes the following (listed in order of release date):

Plus -- Working, but I haven't had time to prep a hard drive for it.
SE, 4 MB RAM, 800KB floppy, 40 MB Apple-label Quantum hard drive. Son #3 loves this little old computer.
II, 8 MB RAM, two 800KB floppies, 80 MB hard drive, 17" 1-bit display. May become home file server after I replace ancient 5.25" hard drive with faster mechanism.
IIcx, 8 MB RAM, 80 MB hard drive. May become server for home network or mail server.
SE/30, 8 MB RAM, 80 MB hard drive. Best black-and-white compact Mac, but I'm unsure what to do with this gem.
Portable, 5 MB RAM, 40 MB hard drive. Pristine! Now up and running with a Power-Sonic battery.
IIsi, 17 MB RAM, 80 MB hard drive. Used for mail lists.
IIsi, 9MB RAM, no hard drive. Not currently in use.
LC, 10 MB RAM, 40 MB hard drive. Got this as partial payment when my oldest son bought my Centris 610.
LC II, 12 MB RAM, 25 MHz 68LC040 accelerators, 40 MB or larger hard drives, 512 KB VRAM. The LC II belongs to my second-son, who is letting #4 son use it. Once the most powerful Mac in the house!
Color Classic, 10 MB RAM, 80 MB hard drive, 84LC040 accelerator. Cute, relatively fast, used by #2 son to replace LC II.
PowerBook 150, 4 MB RAM, 120 MB hard drive. My wife's computer. More memory and a modem on order.
IIfx, 32 MB RAM, 250 MB hard drives, 8-24GC card. Formerly used as a web and mail server for reformed.net, it's now used to check page design on different browsers.
Centris 610, 24 MB RAM, 540 MB hard drive, 1 MB VRAM. This was my home computer -- until my Umax J700 arrived. Now my oldest son owns it.
Quadra 630, 36 MB RAM, 250 MB hard drive. This runs Macjordomo to handle about 20 email lists.
Quadra 650, 32 MB RAM, 1.2 MB Apple-branded Quantum hard drive, 1 MB VRAM. Used as a web and mail server for reformed.net.
Quadra 660av, 24 MB RAM, 230 MB hard drive. Will probably be used as a voice mail and fax server once our network is installed.
Power Mac 6100, three. These are what three of my four sons use (the oldest has a SuperMac S900).
