Cessna Aircraft Company Systems and Facilities Development Manager Job Location: Wichita, Kansas Products/Services: World's leading new business jet manufacturer. Duties/Responsibilities: Candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial and operational data to ensure effective and efficient usage of service facility manpower and assets. Will oversee the selection and acquisition of major equipment, systems and facilities for the citation service center network and supervise the ongoing development of the service center information system. Will represent the service centers on company- wide crossfunctional projects and develop, reline and update long range plans to expand the service centers' capacity and capability. Qualifications: Must be able to research, develop and prepare major project presentations for senior management's approval. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communications skills, ability to coordinate activities of diverse personnel at all organizational levels to achieve a common goal and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field or equivalent and thorough understanding of aircraft maintenance shop operations is required.
