As a member of this ELITE Consulting Services team, your primary role of a SENIOR CONSULTANT is to apply and expand your existing skills and abilities to DEVELOP and DELIVER high-quality work products within a FAST-PACED services oriented business environment. Under the GUIDANCE of more experienced professionals, you will PARTICIPATE in consulting engagements and sales efforts and SUPERVISE more junior staff members by conducting and controlling work plan tasks. Your new role as a SENIOR consultant will be to assist in assessment, design, and development of business requirements and solutions. Assess current systems and processes; DESIGN business transactions and organize procedures; Document and analyze business processes using process modeling tools, cost-time charts, and root cause analysis. LEAD the work of less experienced professionals and assist in the assessment, design, and DEVELOPMENT of BUSINESS and/or TECHNICAL requirements and solutions. All the while, CONTRIBUTING to client satisfaction by providing timely and responsive VALUE-ADDED services and work products that meet or exceed client expectations. You will be MONITORING progress and provide performance Qualifications: Minimum three years overall experience required with a minimum of one year experience in a consulting environment highly preferred. At least one year of full life cycle experience on an i2 implementation in an avionics or aerospace manufacturing environment as an Application Specialist is essential. Must have technical hands-on experience and functional knowledge of one or more of the following i2 modules: Supply Chain Planner, Demand Planner, and Factory Planner. Or Knowledge of other relevant packages such as Manugistics and Numetrix. Must have proven experience in definition, refinement, design, development, and delivery of technical and/or business solutions. Possesses excellent oral and written communications skills, demonstrates initiative to stay abreast of current trends and technical advancements, and MUST BE flexible to travel extensively, up to 100%.
