Reliability and Safety Engineer

Job Location:

Wichita, Kansas

Responsibilities:

Primary function is to provide reliability predictions and safety analysis of aircraft systems including compilation of Functional Hazard Assessments, FMEA's, Fault Tree Analyses, etc. Will also be involved in various design certification activities as required.

Qualifications:

BSEE of MSEE required or equivalent experience in Aerospace Engineering. Must have experience in Safety Analysis including preparation of FMEA's and calculation of failure rates. Must be familiar with AC/ACJ25.1309. Knowledge of SAE ARP 4761 would be a plus. Should be able to perform Maintainability Analysis and have at least five years experience in general system design and certification or R&M activity.

Compensation/Benefits:

Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
