Job Location:

Wichita, Kansas

Duties/Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Manager of Business Administration the Analyst will be responsible for coordination and development of Customer Support financial data, database development and tracking of Customer Support initiatives. The Analyst will also assist in the business start up of the DFW Training Center.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Coordination of Customer Support monthly financials; operating expenses, chargebacks, capital expenditures.
  • Development of Customer Support "Product Support Agreement" database and the tracking of.
  • Direct labor base tracking and auditing.
  • Data development for business plans
  • Customer Support Sales & Margin analysis
  • Support business start-up of the DFW Training Center in Dallas, Texas.
  • General Liaison to all Customer Support departments in Wichita & Montreal.

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
  • BS/BA in Business or related field
  • Minimum five (5) years experience in related environment (preferably aerospace)
  • Excellent oral & written skills
  • Proficient with Lotus Notes, Excel Spreadsheet, Microsoft Project, Word

Compensation/Benefits:

Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
