Senior Computer Analyst
Job Location:
Reston, Virginia
Responsibilities/Duties:
The successful candidate will provide phone support to the users of the
deployed Xlink systems. These tasks are administrative in nature and
include answering phones, documenting requests for user support, updating
user information in various databases, coordination of user
perm-certifications with Xlink user security organizations, nomination and
removal of users from the Xlink systems, and scheduling user training.
Qualifications/Experience:
Entry level required. Proven abilities in providing administrative support
to multiple personnel. Candidate must have strong oral and written
communication skills. Candidate must have knowledge of Lotus Notes. This
position will be utilized in a central help desk/user support role
responding to potentially frustrated CIA and Intelligence Community users
of Xlink. Candidate is required to have a current TS/ISSA security
clearance.
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
