Two Teachers are planning to make their crossing of Antarctica an educational event. They are training in Canada at the moment. The $99 Client that was discussed on several forums and covered here too, has been modified. The modifications, and the revised terms and conditions make it an offense to modify the box to run linux. You also automatically have to agree to use their ISP contract in order to purchase the box. Slashdot has the article and a discussion on the topic, here.
