Peoples Legal Front, Inc is dedicated to the procuring of access to the Courts of the State of Missouri and the United States of America. In order to have access to the courts one must first have access to the laws. When the legal system of our state and country denies access to the laws they in fact deny access to the courts. Peoples Legal Front believes in the constitutional right of all to have an attorney; however, the system should not be made to work against a litigant that chooses to represent him or herself. A litigant that is well informed in the law is an asset to their defense when they have an attorney of their choice. It should always be remembered that the litigant is the corpus of all rights, not the attorney. No attorney may sign any document on behalf of the litigant because the rights belong to the litigant.

The Missouri Secretary of State's Office has as of the 13th day of May 1999 provided a link to the Missouri Code of State Regulations. As of the 28th day of September 1999 all appear to be on line, if you find a discrepancy please notify me.

The Poeple's Legal Front on the 10th day of March 1999 purchased the Missouri Approved Instructions 3rd edition, and the Missouri Approved Charges 3rd edition. The PLF has formatted these legal files and have provided access to them via the Laws Link.

The Statutes for the State of Missouri is also provided with a search engine to help you in obtaining quick access to the appropriate statute.

Thanks to a concerned Judge Richard E. Standridge, Division 25 Circuit Court of Jackson County, who has provided Rules of the Courts that all citizens of the State of Missouri can use, as well as Important Links to other Legal Information, there now is public access to the Rules of Court.

The Peoples Legal Front is happy to provide access to the motions, pleadings, briefs, complaints, etc. that we have produced as pro se litigants in the court system of the State of Missouri and the Federal Courts. We do not take responsiblity for these forms and ask that anyone who may use the forms to improve on them. They certainly should not be construed as lawful. These documents have been submitted to the courts of the State of Missouri, and most have failed in their effort. I should also point out that it is better to have tried and failed than to never to have tried at all.

Biography

Peoples Legal Front was incorporated by Marc Perkel, Lee Martin, and Robin McDermott in hopes that someone might use the knowledge we have acquired in defending against a tyrannical Society.

Robin Mc Dermott has won on this day the 20th day of September an acquittal from the erronious charge of Attempting to have contact with the Springfield City Police Officer John A. Smith without his consent. A alleged violation RSMo 565.083.1(5).

Marc Perkel has much experience in the pro se realm of Civil Litigation such as divorce, Title 42 Sec. 1983 of the U.S. Codes. Marc is a computer savvy soul who is our mentor and leader.

Lee Martin has been a pro se litigant since 1992 when he was falsely accused and convicted of driving crimes. Because of his experience with Department of Revenue Administrative process he has made aviliable to you his collection of legal writings. Lee has also filed actions under Chapter 610 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Missouri, Sunshine Laws, to produce on the internet for citizens additional legal material.

Robin Mc Dermott has been involved in criminal, and civil pleadings. Robin was brutally assaulted by police and wrongly charged with obstructing justice and assault on a law enforcement officer. It is a now seventeen months later, all of the judges in the associate and circuit court later, a failed trial later, more prosecutorial shenanigans later, and still no resolve to these charges. A new trial was granted in the case of my having "obstructed officer T.D. Royal by 'verbal aggression'" but still we have no judge. After all these months and formal complaints being made to the FBI and the Justice Department of the United States about the failure of the Springfield Police Department to recognize and respect the rights of citizens under the constitutions of the State of Missouri and the United States of America, not one word have been forthcoming, nor have any of these officers been disciplined in any way.
