Sometimes the best tools are those that help you without doing all the work for you!
It's that time of year again...time to take a quick look at some of the HTML editors and tools that are becoming available. A couple of years ago you didn't have many such tools to choose from. Now you practically need a guide book to understand what each is capable of, there's so many.
We decided to take a look at Web Media Publisher Pro 2.3.9 after hearing of the many prominent companies that are using it (Microsoft, Intuit, Citibank, Corel, Chevron, NASA, Novell, HP, FedEx, Lucent, Prodigy, Ogilvy, Cisco, Bay Networks, Qualcomm, The World Bank, The Pentagon, The Smithsonian Institute, etc.).

If you go to the Web Media Web site, you won't find flashy graphics, Java applets, or DHTML effects. What you will find is that Steve Jackson, owner of Web Media, has been very busy creating some compelling Web sites using his own Web editing software--Web Media Publisher Pro. Companies such as Warner Brothers, Blue Cross, GTE, Hustler, REM, NASA, the IRS, Chevron and others have turned to Web Media to produce their sites. With all that backing, Web Media Publisher (WMP) must do some serious work!!??
Understand that WMP is not a WYSIWYG tool; it's more of an editor along the lines of other HTML tools such as Allaire's Homesite or NoteTab Pro. If you've ever used a word processor, you'll be familiar with the interface and the common text styling buttons/shortcuts WMP uses.
