The Which Web Trader Scheme is designed to make sure consumers get a fair deal and to provide them with protection if things go wrong. Which? Web Traders agree to meet and abide by our Code of Practice. If we receive complaints from consumers about the service from a web trader displaying the Which Web Trader logo, we will investigate and may withdraw our permission for a trader to display the logo.
