When We Charge Your Credit Card

We don't charge your credit card until we ship your order. If you've paid by check and we owe you a full or partial refund, we will send a refund check for the correct amount.

Confirming Price and Availability

We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order, but please note that we do NOT charge your credit card until the date we ship your order to you.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the more than 4.7 million items in our catalog are mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our shipping procedures.

• If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and ship you the item.

• If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we contact you for instructions before shipping.

After we have received your order, we will also inform you by e-mail if any items in your order prove to be unavailable.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of Washington. Washington State laws require that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the order. Because charges for gift-wrap and shipping and handling are considered part of the product, by law these charges must be included when sales tax is calculated.

No sales tax is charged when buying gift certificates; purchases paid for with gift certificates, however, will be charged sales tax if shipped to addresses within the state of Washington.

Availability: What Does It Mean?

Availability information for each item in our catalog is listed on that item's Detail page. This availability estimate refers to the amount of time it will take us to acquire the item once you place your order; it does not take into consideration the amount of time it will take your order to reach you once we ship it. Shipping time is dependent upon the shipping method you choose. Here is the equation you should use to determine when you will receive your order:
