All orders require a two business day processing period before shipment; in the event that credit card approval is delayed, it may take up to five business days to process and ship your order. We cannot ship orders to any address other than your billing address, or to P.O. Box addresses.
How we determine the basis for freight charge:
We compare the actual weight of each box to the dimensional weight, and use the higher (dimensional weight is computed by: LxWxH divided by 194)
Shipments with total weight of 200lbs and under: The freight is calculated on each box, then totalled for the shipment
Shipments with total weight over 200lbs: The freight is calculated by total shipment weight, then proportioned back to each box by weight percentage
Domestic General Rules:
- Air shipments of 60lbs. or less are shipped via Fed-Ex
- Air shipments with a total weight of more than 60lbs. should be shipped via EagleUSA
- Ground shipments less than 300lbs.total weight should be shipped via UPS but each individual box should not weigh more than 70lbs.
- Individual boxes weighing more than 70lbs. should be shipped via LTL carrier
